Belinda and Megan, together with our valued clients, family, and friends, extend our heartfelt congratulations to Danielle and Jarrad on reaching this remarkable milestone. Over the past decade, the DC Conveyancing family has experienced both triumphs and challenges, consistently demonstrating exceptional resilience, strength, and dedication.
Despite the difficult circumstances Danielle and Jarrad have faced—most notably the courageous battle their youngest son, Kash, is currently fighting—DC Conveyancing has continued to grow year after year. This success is a testament not only to Danielle and Jarrad’s unwavering commitment, but also to the ongoing loyalty and support of our wonderful clients, family, and friends.

That’s a wrap for 2025. While we’re still around tying up a few loose ends, the office is now officially closed and will reopen on 12 January 2026.

We would like to sincerely thank all our past, present and returning clients, along with our valued colleagues across the property industry. This year marks an important milestone for us as we celebrate 10 years in business, and we look forward to heading into our 11th year in 2026, continuing to provide the same thorough and personal service you’ve come to expect.

As many of you are aware, I stepped back from day-to-day operations in May 2025 while still overseeing matters and keeping the business running, following my son Kash’s diagnosis with leukaemia. His treatment continues to progress well, though it remains a long journey over the next two years. As we move into 2026, I hope to be back in the office more frequently.

I cannot thank our clients, colleagues, community, and fellow conveyancing firms enough for the kindness, support and assistance shown to us during the most difficult time of our lives.

Lastly, a heartfelt thank you to Belinda and Megan — absolute angels and even better friends. Incredibly, over the past three months they have also faced their own health challenges, spending time in hospital themselves, which truly tested us all. Despite this, they ensured our clients continued to receive the same high level of service. The stress that comes with caring for a sick child while life carries on is immense, and knowing the office was in such capable hands was one less thing for me to worry about. I am forever grateful.

An update from DC Conveyancing

As many of you may know, our Director Danielle is currently navigating a very difficult time, with her youngest son Kash recently diagnosed with leukemia. While Danielle is understandably focused on her family right now, we want to reassure all our clients and partners that it’s still business as usual here at DC Conveyancing.
