POSITION VACANT
We are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary/Paralegal for an immediate start at our Kingaroy office.
This is a fulltime position working Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm. These minimum hours are essential to the position and you may be required to do some additional hours if the work load requires.
Your role in the firm would largely involve providing secretarial support and personal assistance to one (1) or more of our solicitors, along with other administrative duties and file management. Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:
• Experience in a general legal practice, dealing with deceased estates, wills and enduring powers of attorney, family law, leasing and/or conveyancing matters;
• Familiarity with LEAP in the cloud (or similar) and Solicitors Trust accounts;
• Exceptional client service, organisational and communication skills and attention to detail;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines;
• A can-do attitude with a friendly manner and ability to work well in a team or autonomously;
• Passion and commitment to your work in assisting clients to achieve their desired outcomes.
