This week, I'm spending most of the week at the Queensland Law Society Mediation and Arbitration rooms.

Mediation is a great way of resolving disputes and keeping control of the outcome.

For those that need it, we also offer arbitration where the whole process takes three months from planning meeting to award being issued.
