We are committed to proactively playing our part in reducing the spread of Covid-19.
Business Continues….but with Additional Safety Measures
We sincerely hope you are staying well during this devastating time and health pandemic of COVID19.
We want you to know we are still here and continuing to stay open so we can help those needing to purchase a home as well as those needing to sell.
We have made the necessary changes to our daily routine in our business to maintain the safety and health of our office workers, network associates, customers and community.
Your wellbeing is of paramount importance to us and the following process is in place to ensure the safety of all parties involved in response to the challenge of the Coronavirus, and in doing so will provide a clean and safe environment for everyone (especially the vulnerable) around us:
• Auctions for Sale of residential property shall cease immediately until further notice or until it is safe to do so as recommended by the Australian or State Government and Health Officials;
• Open Home or private in-persons inspections are strictly by appointments only and no more than one person allowed. Strict guidelines as advised by Health Officials must be adhered to;
• Routine Home Inspections of rental properties will now be conducted as tenant-assisted inspections using electronic means and an electronic report sent to Landlords;
• Documentation will all now be automated and sent by electronic means or directly via REIQ Realworks or DocuSign - electronic documents;
• Customers and Clients who have travelled to interstate or overseas will be asked not to attend our Office for a minimum period of 14 days. As well, we’ve adopted one on one appointments with our Customers only, with self-distancing requirements;
• Our Office key touch point areas are wiped with sanitisers regularly throughout each day;
• Our Workers wash their hands thoroughly and sanitise their work-stations, real estate frames, flags, marketing collateral and any digital devices every day;
• Physical Contact is discouraged between co-workers and Clients i.e. the usual practise of shaking hands, etc, as these are not normal times but unique circumstances;
• Social Distancing rules apply in all aspects of our working space, whether at work, with our valued Clients or even within the Community.
Our Agency works on the “go” much of the time so are used to using technology to stay connected! We will prioritise these types of communication given the COVID-19 circumstances.
We look forward to continuing to provide the same amount of passion, service and excellence which our customers expect from us in the coming weeks and months ahead.
