**COLOURING IN COMPETITION WINNERS**

We are pleased to announce the winners of the inaugural Woods Law Group colouring-in competition today!

Judged by the amazing Donald J Waters OAM (who's criteria included whether entries 'reasonably kept within the lines' and the use of colouring pencil etc and whether it has been used in a 'solid way'.)

1st prize of $50 went to Olive (who is a second generation Jacobs Wellian!) and runners ups ($15) went to Willow, Cooper and Maeve!

We have also donated to the Go-Fund me page for the Kingfish Fish & Chips Family which is less than $500 away from reaching its target of $20k - if you do have a bit of spare cash please do think of donating so we can get them to the target ❤

Thank you to all the participants who entered and we will be running a Christmas colouring in competition (which, due to demand, will include an adult's section!)

Calling all little artists in Jacobs Well and Northern Gold Coast (and parents looking for a way to entertain their children during the school holidays!)

We are running a colouring in competition these school holidays and just received our first entrant!! We would love to see our windows covered in art entries so please print out the attached colouring in, drop in and see a local Jacobs Well business or come see us at our office (Shop 3, 1154 Pimpama Jacobs Well Road, Jacobs Well) to get your sheet and get colouring!!

🖌 PS these colouring in sheets were printed before Kingfish was hit by the unfortunate fire - so 1st prize will be $50 to the artist chosen and we will also donate $100 towards Kingfish to support their Go Fund me page (link below if you want to support them personally).**

🖌 PPS Ice creams are still good on offer for the other prizes!! 🍨

You may have heard on the news this morning that there was a fire in a business in Jacobs Well overnight.

Thankfully no one was hurt.

The fire was not in our building so we are operating as normal today but we offer our sympathy goes out toall the businesses effected.

We have been operating from an office in Jacobs Well for the last 3+ years but in an very exciting announcement, we will be very shortly locating to 8 Old Pacific Highway, Pimpama (a couple of doors down from Whistlestop).

We love to assist clients with all conveyancing types (residential, commercial, off the plan), wills, EPOAs, estate administration (including probate).

We also provide more specialist legal services including:

* manufactured park home transactions (also called Land Lease)
large commercial property transactions (eg shopping centres)
* business sales and purchases (we've acted for a range of business types - pubs, doggy day care, cafes, hairdressers, smash repair, wreckers, accommodation)

Being a property lawyer, the development out in Jacobs Well is coming - and we believe one way to ensure the culture out here is preserved is through art.
