We have just finished moving to our new location at 120 Byron Street INVERELL.

New location will be open from tomorrow (10am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday).

Internet and phones to be connected and sorted tomorrow morning.

In business, Lyn and I are always setting ourselves short/medium/long term goals, which we continue to tick off, reassess and reset, in an attempt to better ourselves and the service we provide.

Today makes a very special day for our small little family business.

We initially set ourselves a LONG TERM goal to open 5000 files within 15 years of opening. Well today was the day. 5000 files opened and in only 12 1/2 years.

We are both very happy and note that we couldn't have achieved this milestone without the support of our friends, family, colleagues and clients. To you guys, thank you very much.

Also a special mention to staff past and present. Especially Kelly, you make our lives so much easier with your knowledge, enthusiasm, dedication and eagerness to assist.

Here's to another 5000 files.

Lastly (to my best friend/my confidant/my role model/the strongest person i know/my mum) WE DID IT !!!

The NSW Govt has released a new digital tool to help guide homeowners through the process of building a new home from start to finish.

The myHome Planner is designed to assist people building or renovating a home, with all the necessary steps and information available in one convenient location.

The tool is intended to provide clients with clear and reliable information around rights and the regulations that must be adhered to when building or renovating a home.

Sorry to bother you, but how does one leave a review of your team and services??? I'd like to let all and sundry know how wonderfully efficient you people are. Kelly especially is one of the hardest working employees of any business I've ever come across, and she's so on top of her game, she needs to be spoken of. Whatever she is getting needs to be doubled. Wow... what an employee.
