ONLINE WILL SERVICE
Been thinking about a Will but don’t know where to start? We offer our online service at a time and date convenient to you.
We currently have a special offer available until 30 June in which we offer a ‘Standard Will’ drafted by us at reduced rates. For a:
• Couple $550;
• Single $330; and
• *CONDITIONS APPLY.
Our service available after hours, including most weekends and public holidays, and your completed Will is delivered straight to you electronically. All that is required is to print and follow our instructions to execute your legally valid Will.
* CONDITIONS
1. Make an appointment to meet online with us: https://lakelegal.youcanbook.me;
2. Participate in our online conference;
3. Provide a copy of your identity documents, such as a Driver’s Licence and Medicare card as required; and
4. A ‘Standard Will’ is considered to include an appointment of up to two (2) executors, alternate executors, and guardians of minor children (if required). It also reflects each partner leaving their estate to each other and failing that, equally to the children or some other beneficiary.
We ask you note that our ‘Standard Will’ offer DOES NOT include estate planning matters which are considered to require further work and advice so as both ensure your wishes are followed and/or reduce the risk of claims against the estate such as:
• Matters involving blended families (step-children);
• Leaving a child/children out of the will;
• Testamentary discretionary trusts;
• Capacity assessments if deemed necessary; and
• Residents outside Australia.
We can also assist you with Wills involving any of the above matters if required at our standard rates.
