It’s been a little while since I’ve properly introduced myself here 👋
I’m Belinda Donaldson, Owner and Principal of QPRE Estate Agents.
QPRE was established in 2011, and I’ve worked in real estate since 1994.
Over the years I’ve had the pleasure of working with many owners, tenants and local families, and some of those relationships go back a long way.
One thing that has never changed for me is how I believe property management should feel — personal, accountable and genuinely one-on-one.
An investment property is often one of the most significant assets someone owns. For many people, it represents years of hard work and an important part of their financial future.
That’s why I’ve deliberately kept QPRE small.
When you choose QPRE, I’m the person who manages your property.
I know the property.
I know the tenancy.
I know the maintenance history.
And I know what’s happening throughout the management of your investment.
There are no layers of staff and no wondering who to call.
Just one experienced property manager, one direct point of contact and personal responsibility for the property entrusted to me.
