Myth vs Fact

• Myth: I only need a Will if I own a house.

• Fact: Every adult should have a Will.

Wills cover all your personally owned assets. They give someone (called the Executor) the power to deal with those assets and importantly they let you choose who that person is, and who benefits from what you own.

The process of doing a “Will” with TFR Lawyers will also mean that all your affairs and importantly your superannuation will be dealt with. You will get peace of mind that things are in order and you are not leaving a mess for your loved ones or chosen beneficiaries.

This week we have had the absolute pleasure of hosting Jack for work experience.
