"Don't fall for a "Dodgy Dave!"

If someone promises a "100% guaranteed visa" or asks you to DM them for migration advice, think twice. There are no guaranteed visa outcomes, and bad advice can cost you your future in Australia.
Always make sure you're dealing with a registered migration agent or Australian legal practitioner.

At Intact Migration, we believe in honest advice, ethical service, and giving you the right guidance based on Australian migration law, not false promises.

📞 Need genuine migration advice? Get in touch with our team today.

There are people in Australia, like Dodgy Dave, who are unlawfully charging for immigration advice and exploiting vulnerable visa applicants.

If that’s you – we’re onto you.

We are taking strong action. We recently removed a non-citizen who scammed international students and lodged fraudulent visa applications. They now face bans on returning to Australia.

If you give paid immigration advice without being a registered migration agent or an Australian legal practitioner, you’re committing a serious offence. Non-citizens can face visa cancellation, detention and removal.

If you’re doing the wrong thing, stop now – or expect consequences.

🗓️ A New Financial Year, A New Beginning 🗓️

As we close another financial year and welcome a new one from today, we want to take a moment to sincerely thank everyone who trusted Intact Migration Services over the past year. Your support, referrals, and confidence in us mean more than words can express. It has been a privilege to be part of so many migration journeys, and we look forward to helping many more in the year ahead.

🚨Important Visa Update 🚨

The Australian Government has significantly increased visa application fees. With visa applications now costing more than ever, it is crucial to ensure you receive the right advice before lodging an application.

A small mistake or incorrect advice can now be much more expensive, not only financially but also in terms of valuable time and future opportunities.

Whether you are applying for a student visa, skilled visa, partner visa, employer-sponsored visa, or another visa pathway, taking the time to obtain accurate and professional migration advice has never been more important.

Thank you once again for making the past financial year such a rewarding one for our team. We are excited for what the new financial year will bring and remain committed to providing honest, reliable, and professional migration advice to every client who walks through our doors.

Here's to a successful new financial year for everyone! 🥂

It’s that simple.

If you’re charging people for immigration assistance in Australia without being a registered migration agent or an Australian legal practitioner, you are committing a serious criminal offence.

The penalties are severe. You could face up to 10 years’ imprisonment and significant financial penalties. And if you’re also a non-citizen, you risk detention and removal from Australia.

We are actively tracking visa applications and targeting people who facilitate visa fraud, including submitting false or non-genuine Protection visa applications.

Don’t risk your future by giving illegal immigration advice.

Anyone with information about individuals or businesses facilitating immigration fraud is encouraged to make a report online to Border Watch: https://www.borderwatch.gov.au

A strong reminder for all visa applicants: migration fraud is taken seriously. When law enforcement, border protection and government agencies work together, fraudulent activities are identified and acted upon. Always provide genuine information and seek advice from registered professionals.

More than $580,000 has been forfeited to the Commonwealth as suspected proceeds of crime following an AFP-led investigation into an immigration visa fraud scheme linked to a Central Coast man, 61.

Thinking about applying for the Training visa (subclass 407)? There’s been an important change you need to know about.

👉 You must now have an approved nomination BEFORE you lodge your visa application.

Make sure your sponsor gets your nomination submitted and approved first.

If your sponsor is an Australian Commonwealth Government agency, a nomination is not required. However, your sponsor must be approved as a temporary activities sponsor before you lodge your visa application.

Australia Student Visa Update: What Assessment Level 3 REALLY Means for Nepali Students

If you’re a Nepali student planning to study in Australia, you may have heard that Nepal is now classified as Assessment Level 3.

So… what does this actually mean for you?

🔍 1. Your application will be checked more closely

The Australian Department of Home Affairs will carefully review every document you submit. Inconsistencies, missing papers, or unclear explanations can lead to delays or refusals.

💰 2. Strong financial evidence is critical

You must clearly prove you can afford:

✔️ Tuition fees
✔️ Living expenses
✔️ Travel and other costs

This usually means long-term bank statements, income sources, and sponsor evidence, not just a balance snapshot.

✍️ 3. Genuine Student (GSR) statement matters more than ever

You must clearly explain:
✔️ Why you chose Australia
✔️ Why this course fits your education and career goals
✔️ Your intention after completing your studies

A weak or copied GSR can seriously harm your application.

⏳ 4. Processing times may be longer

Because of higher scrutiny, visa decisions can take more time. Early preparation is essential.

⚠️ 5. Mistakes carry higher risk

Under Assessment Level 3, even small errors can result in:
❌ Requests for more documents
❌ Delays
❌ Visa refusal

✅ The good news

Nepali students are still welcome in Australia.

Assessment Level 3 simply means you must apply honestly, carefully, and with strong preparation.

That’s where Intact Migration comes in, providing expert guidance, ethical support, and clear direction to help students apply with confidence 🎓
