Every year a group of keen footballers get together to defy age and distance and play in the 32nd SUNSHINE COAST MASTERS FOOTBALL TOURNAMENT

This is the largest Masters competition in Australia with teams travelling from every corner of the country and even travelling from overseas!!

Our Over 50’s team is Hervey Bay and Maryborough players (many of whom have long left the area) reconnecting for the tournament.

Thank you to The Agency for sponsoring us and making this happen.

We are all very sore but we had a great time!

😍 This sale is a heart warmer!

It all started with a call out of the blue from a past client; a client I sold for way back in my Bribie Island days (22 years ago I am going to guess!?)

He remembered me and asked me if I could act for his mum who needed to sell here in Hervey Bay. Of course I was delighted to.

What I love was the trust and the confidence in my process after all these years..no questions, no nothing just “do what you do and get the best outcome you can for mum”.

It was an emotional time but because of local connections, we managed to sell off market, no stress for mum who had enough on her plate and what is even more beautiful…is that it was purchased by someone in the complex for her mum to live in and be closer!!

I love how sometimes it just all falls in to place! ✨

Last week I posted that I had got the 2 highest sales in so far this year without even realising it…

How did that happen?

We have a process, a proven system that ensures all the details are in place and nothing is missed. We back that up with up with premium marketing and because we have the strength of this amazing National brand behind us…we have access to things, others simply don’t.

The Agency thank you!
