White Shirt Guy, Derek Jones, was attending a rally against Israeli president, Isaac Herzog, when without the slightest provocation, he was set upon and viciously beaten by police. He wasn't charged with anything because he didn't do anything. But he was one of many protesters set upon at random that day. Clearly police were under directions to use extreme force, whether warranted or not……. (More about this case on Chuffed below)

The parliamentary report released yesterday further exposes the Calvary Mater Hospital mould crisis.

Our client, Luke Carroll, blew the whistle at the beginning of this year, concerning the exposure of cancer patients to a virulent form of mould.

We now know from this report that those concerns were documented as far back as 2014; a complete disgrace.

The maintenance provider, Novacare, is now threatening to bankrupt itself. We hope they can hang around a little longer so we can empty their pockets for the families of the dead.

It has been a bizarre couple of days in the Land and Environment Court.

When faced with evidence of botched shootings of the rarest brumbies with historic bloodlines, the Government suggests poachers may be about.

Be careful if you're heading to the snow - madmen are amok.

13 of Kosciuszko's famed wild Brumbies just discovered dead in the zone designed for their protection.

The corpses include 3 mares in foal and 4 Silver Brumbies - the iconic Kiandra Greys, meant to be protected as a heritage bloodline.

This in the same week as the most famous stallion on the mountain, Matagi, was found in a pool of blood.

‘Not us’ say the government shooters, ‘it must be a poacher’.

Between the two groups untold damage is unfolding.

This is not a scientific cull. It is carnage.
