Hassall's Litigation Services Pty Ltd is rebranding. A new company has been set up to undertake the legal work previously managed by Rowland Hassall in his company.

The new company name will be Hassall’s Litigation and Legal Services Pty Ltd and will continue to trade under the business name “Hassall’s Litigation Services” (HLS) and it will offer expanded legal services.

Rowland Hassall will continue as Consultant to the Principal, Michelle Cupples.

Legal services will continue to be provided in Rowland’s favourite areas of legal practice, namely Domestic Building Disputes, and Contracts and General Commercial Litigation, (Debt collections and commercial contracts’ disputes). Unfortunately, we will no longer be practising in the area of family law.
