Our slogan “committed to justice” is something we demonstrate in our day to day representation of some of the most vulnerable people in our community, which also includes children.

We are very proud of this decision to protect the rights of a child who was questioned by police.

Those who enforce the law are also required to comply with the law.

Police do not have unfettered power to question individuals about criminal allegations. Under the law they are required to comply with certain requirements. These requirements align with the principles of basic human rights which all individuals should be afforded.
