After being a little unsure about needing a buyer’s agent, this upsizing family was referred to us by industry trades and sales agents, and decided to take the plunge. Their criteria was specific and the market was tough, but after being absolutely ruthless on sticking to our process and their brief, we helped them secure this A-grade property in a blue chip suburb that not only met but exceeded their original brief expectations and pricing. With water views from almost every room, this will be an incredible lifestyle and investment for years to come.

Patience on a process and trusting professional experience really does pay off, and this was a great example of both. Possibly one of the happiest clients we’ve ever seen after buying, their original doubts about using our services have been erased from existence! Welcome home!

More and more properties sitting on the market for 90+ days and instead of listening to the market, vendors switch agents and think that will be the magic fix. Does a good agent matter? Of course. Will changing an agent automatically get you 80K more than your highest offer after a 3 month campaign in a falling market? Unlikely.
