Regional Development Australia Southern NSW and ACT RDASNA advocates for innovative growth and development of Southern NSW and ACT to improve liveability.

RDA Southern NSW and ACT (RDASNA) combines the regions of RDA Southern Inland, ACT and two LGAs from Far South Coast. The region encompasses 9 NSW LGAs including, Wingecarribee, Goulburn-Mulwaree, Upper Lachlan, Yass Valley, Hilltops, Queanbeyan-Palerang, Snowy Monaro, Eurobodalla and Bega Valley, plus the Australian Capital Territory.

Almost moving day?

If you're moving home in NSW, here is a quick checklist to see if you can use Smart Rental Bonds:

• You are moving between two NSW rental properties

• The same tenants are listed on both leases

• You’re vacating your old property within 4 weeks of starting the new one.

• You have an active bond linked to a Rental Bonds Online (RBO) account and share your account details with your agent or landlord.

• You are an individual (not a business or corporation) aged 18 or older.

NSW Fair Trading has introduced Smart Rental Bonds so renters can transfer a bond digitally, taking the pressure off moving.

Growing the pie means creating opportunities for our whole region.

RDASNA is proud to sponsor the Grow the Pie Economic Growth Summit 2026, hosted by the Canberra Business Chamber tomorrow, Thursday 15 October, at the Hyatt Hotel Canberra.
