Kate O’Grady joins Family Law Partners – Solicitor and Director

That’s why we’re incredibly excited to welcome Kate O’Grady, accredited specialist in family law, mediator/FDRP & Collaborative lawyer, as Solicitor Director, joining Family Law Partners founder Justin Timmer and our incredible team.

With more than 20 years of experience practising exclusively in family law, Kate brings extensive expertise in complex parenting and financial matters, mediation, family dispute resolution and collaborative practice, with a passion for helping her clients resolve matters without the cost and stress of Court.

Senior Legal Secretary Michelle McKinna joins Family Law Partners.

We are thrilled to announce that Michelle McKinna has joined the team at Family Law Partners.

With over 10 years’ experience in family law, including roles at large national and regional family law firms, Michelle provides quality professional service and unwavering support to Central Coast families navigating the difficult time of separation. Michelle’s approachable nature and compassionate approach, provides reassurance, ensuring clients are supported through the process of separation and that a warm cup of tea is always within reach.

With a friendly, can-do attitude, Michelle epitomises the quote, “Help me, help you!” (Jerry Maguire 1996), has a great sense of humour and is an absolute pleasure to work with.
