As we draw close to the end of 2025, it is always a good time to reflect on this great profession of ours that I have had the privilege of being a part since 1992 and why I absolutely love being a lawyer and helping clients.

As a mentor and leader in my own businesses, often the question comes up, so why be a lawyer, what is so great about this career? And what knowledge can you impart on those thinking of becoming a lawyer.

For all those budding lawyers out there, and for those who have just started their legal career, here is an interview I did with Ticker News 4 years ago, and my comments still stand today. I hope you enjoy the share.

Successful Project Completion!

Last week my amazing team at Priala Legal settled an off the plan boutique project for our Sydney Developer Pierre Saab, Emicon, and the Saab Family, for Evoke on Jefferson' at Jefferson Lane, Palm Beach, Gold Coast.

A successful project 3 years in the making since 2022 and with a site that was previously amalgamated by our client to pave way for the commencement and completion of this project.

In a market where completion of off the plan projects can be precarious and unsettling for buyers, our client was committed and stayed the course to finish with no uplift in prices, not even after the sunset date had expired.

Well done Pierre Saab, DP Project Marketing, Alan Buckle, Deborah Provost and everyone else involved in this project.
