How are those family law reforms going?
I leave this message here for my three lost children Pollyanna, Daisy & Tobias.
Their cruel mother and the Australian Family Court System took them from me on 20th April 2018, when they were just 5 and 3 years old. I have not been permitted to speak to them for over 6 years.
They were illegally abducted by their mother to Queensland and court ordered by the judge twice to return to Perth. The trial judge gave the mother everything that she requested, and he has never even met her, as she didn't show up to the trial in West Australia.
The mother received 100% custody and 80% of all our financials, they left no visitation or access whatsoever to the proven innocent father. This is a cruel sick world. I am left paying $30,000 AUD per year in Child Support and totally heartbroken.
Not a day passes without me thinking about them and shedding a tear. They have been told horrific lies about me and will unfortunately, probably never know their loving father. I am powerless against the feminist court system and the mothers court manipulation.
I have exhausted every option, so after a five-year court battle, over 50 court appearances and $200,000 AUD spent on lawyers, in a corrupt legal system that heavily favours mothers, I have decided to wait until they are all adults in December 2030.
This message is so that they know I still, and always will love them dearly, and that I welcome their message or contact anytime in the future.
