St Rose is one of the largest development sites remaining in Broadbeach thanks to 26 owners join forces.

Luke Reaby, of GV Property Group, said the amalgamation took in the owners of 26 units and created a holding potentially ready for two towers or one major high-rise.

The exercise has produced a 3,032sqm site with frontages to two Streets in what has become one of the most popular hi-rise zones on the northern side of Broadbeach
