Well anouther very happy client Today , after I successfully purchased a 3 bedroom Richmond apartment for him against some aggressive bidders , I saw the last one flinch just as I was at the limit I had been given , I said if ur prepared to go a little more I'm sure we will get it he gave me $20k ...at 10k more , it was sold to us
Great result , he was so happy and thanked me immensely .... Lesson .. always ur opposition will flinch keep watching 😃😃

Our latest success story is the purchase of a $3m plus home for an interstate couple. After careful consideration of their requirements, budget and taste, we secured an incredible deal on their new home in inner-city Melbourne.
