The BTR Group team has spent the last two days at the MRI Ascend Conference, getting a glimpse into some exciting developments coming to the property technology space.

A new Smart Rental Bonds initiative is being rolled out across NSW, allowing eligible tenants to transfer their existing rental bond to their new rental property, rather than paying a full new bond upfront.

For example, if your current bond is $2,500 and your new bond is $2,700, you could transfer the $2,500 and only pay the $200 difference, plus the $25 Smart Rental Bonds fee.

It could mean less money tied up when you're moving, and a little less financial pressure at an already expensive time.
