Just another Tuesday in regional real estate 🌾🏡

A busy one today, but definitely a successful one!

✔️ Routine property inspections
✔️ Two lease agreements completed
✔️ Showed prospective tenants through a rental property
✔️ Listed a new property — coming soon in Wilmington 👀
✔️ Signed two exciting new listings in Peterborough
✔️ Collected SOLD signs from recently settled properties and had the chance to catch up with the happy new owners
✔️ Plenty of photo editing and behind-the-scenes admin
✔️ Squeezed in a quick crop inspection around the farm 🌾
✔️ And made it home just in time to beat the rain and rescue the washing from the line! 😂

One of the things I love most about working in real estate across the Flinders & Mid North is that no two days ever look quite the same.

From landlords and tenants to vendors, buyers, settlements and new listings — there’s always something happening.

A very full Tuesday, but a very productive one. Now… bring on the rain! 🌧️🌾

☀️ HAPPY SUNDAY | RESET DAY 🤍

Today is a reset day.

A little less rushing. A little more time at home. Getting organised for another busy week ahead, coffee in hand, and one of my favourite songs turned right up — “There Was Jesus” by Zach Williams & Dolly Parton. 🤍

My faith is something I don’t often talk about on my real estate page, but it is a huge part of who I am.

In all things, I believe in Jesus. I carry that faith with me into my family, my work, the way I treat people and the way I try to navigate both the good seasons and the difficult ones.

This week the world lost the incredible Dolly Parton. A woman I have admired since I was a little girl — not just for her music, but for her faith, her kindness, her humour, her generosity and her ability to remain unapologetically herself.

So today, the music is up loud, Dolly is playing, and I’m taking a moment to reset, be grateful and remember what really matters.

Whatever your Sunday looks like, I hope you find a little time to slow down, reset and fill your cup before Monday rolls around. 🤍

When you’re on your own doing a video call house tour and the buyer says…

“Can I see what’s down in the cellar?” 😳😳😳

Well… when I say I go above and beyond for my vendors, apparently that now includes venturing down into a very dark 1900s cellar with nothing but my phone, a buyer watching via video call, and my heart firmly in my throat. 😂

Was I questioning my life choices at the top of those stairs? Absolutely.

Did I go down anyway? You bet I did. 😂

Because sometimes achieving great results means making sure prospective buyers — even those who can’t inspect in person — get to truly see everything the property has to offer.

Safe to say this one was a memorable inspection! 😳🏡

Heart in throat… but down I went! 😂
