🏹💚 BIG NEWS! A NEW CHAPTER BEGINS! 💚🏹

I’m beyond excited to announce that I’m joining forces with Robin Hood Real Estate, alongside the incredible Melanie Elliott, and launching my very own real estate office right here in the Mid North!

Melanie is a woman I’ve admired for many years. A true powerhouse, an inspiration and someone who believed in me when others didn’t. What started as a conversation has blossomed into a beautiful friendship and an exciting new partnership.

Two country women, one shared vision, strong country values and big dreams! 💚

With my dad being from Nottingham, England, and growing up with the stories of Robin Hood, this opportunity feels even more special. A little piece of family history coming full circle!

I’m incredibly grateful to for helping me establish my name and build my business, but now it’s time for an exciting new chapter.

Here’s to friendship, ambition, community and making wonderful things happen together!

❤️ WHAT A DAY, PETERBOROUGH! ❤️

This long weekend Peterborough is celebrating an incredible 150 years — 1876–2026 — and after today, my heart is very full.

Yesterday I announced the beautiful Kylie Rose as my September Community Member of the Month and today I finally got to present her with her very pink token of appreciation — because when I was told Kylie loves pink, I may have taken that information and run with it. 😂💗

But then something happened I genuinely wasn’t expecting…

The Peterborough community absolutely blew up my comments and messages with one name — Errol Monk

Despite facing his own health battles, Errol has quietly gone above and beyond to help get Peterborough ready for its 150th celebrations. Story after story came through about his kindness, hard work and dedication.

His response? “Oh, I don’t need recognition.”

Sorry buddy… that’s exactly why you deserve some and why this community award I started is what this is all about. ❤️

I could have waited until October, but after seeing the overwhelming response from his community, that didn’t feel right.

So I put together a quick prize, tracked Errol down 😂, got to hear some of his incredible story and everything he has been doing in the community since he first moved to Peterborough and surprised him with a special $500 Community Recognition Award which was an absolute honour to do….did you know he worked for 45 years on the railways 😳

Kylie remains our very deserving September Community Member of the Month, while Errol’s recognition was completely spontaneous and inspired by the people of Peterborough. ❤️

And what a day to do it! Peterborough was absolutely alive today.

I ran into my beautiful friend Sam from Sam's Seaglass and saw her incredible artwork on display — please check her out and support a local artist. 🥰 I also caught up with my good friend Geoff from Nutrien, always great seeing a fellow agent and friend out in the field.

And because apparently I can’t go anywhere without doing a little real estate 😂, I took an Adelaide buyer through two of my Peterborough listings and finished the day with an offer submitted! 🏡🤞

Now it’s back home to Appila, where our crops are looking stunning with a very full heart.🌾

Days like today remind me how blessed I am to do what I love in the country towns I love, while meeting some truly incredible people along the way.

Tomorrow I’m heading to Peterborough for a busy day of show throughs, appraisals and, of course, a very special stop to see our September Community Member of the Month, Kylie Rose! 🏆💕

When Kylie Rose was nominated, I was given one very important piece of information… Kylie LOVES pink. So naturally, I took that information and ran with it 😂💗

A quick update regarding vacant land within the District Council of Mount Remarkable area.

For the foreseeable future, I’ve made the decision not to take on any new vacant land listings within this council area.

Unfortunately, the increasing complexities and uncertainty surrounding development potential make it incredibly difficult to confidently market land and achieve the best possible outcome for vendors.

I’ll continue working hard for the landowners I currently represent, but for now, I feel this is the right decision.
