Vyvid Real Estate Gladstone

A thriving boutique agency in Gladstone founded by a renowned investor/entrepreneur/guru and a professional, knowledgeable, long serving local Property Management Specialist, the Vyvid team has been able to start with a blank canvas to create something really special that reflects our key values and philosophies. Ian Hosking Richards is a well-known personality in the real estate industry. He has made numerous TV appearances, written books and many articles for magazines and newspapers on all things related to property investing. He is also known for his philanthropic endeavours – he is the founding Chair of The Solomon Foundation Ltd, a registered charity that provides medical assistance to our near neighbours in the South Pacific, with a special focus on the Solomon Islands. Ian has held a full real estate licence for over twenty years, however over this time his main experience of property management has been as landlord of a large investment property portfolio. This has given him a unique insight into what is important to landlords. Value for money, service, knowledge, professionalism and transparency at every stage. Clare Rowley is a real estate professional, having held a full real estate license for over 18 years in Gladstone, starting from the ground up as a Property Manager, to latterly as Principal in Charge and now Director/Owner. Her main areas of expertise gained in all aspects of successful property management and in-depth relevant legislative knowledge and processes, although she has exposure to other aspects of the property industry, which has given her unwavering hands on, client centric attitude and a depth of experience that is beyond that of your average property management agency. Being a Gladstone local her knowledge of the local area is unsurpassed and her network of personal as well as professional contacts that she has built up over the years means that she is at the top of her game and sought out as the preferred property management agent for many of our landlords in Gladstone and beyond. Our focus is continuing on the service that we both are renowned for, with professional continuous communication, in-depth knowledge in our field, long term local expertise, individual and unsurpassed service to all our clients.
