The Fair Work Commission's Annual Wage Review 2026 decision is in. New rates apply from the first full pay period on or after 1 July 2026.
If you employ award or minimum wage workers, now is the time to act. Employers must:
✅ Review and update payroll systems
✅ Check whether any C13 classifications are employed
✅ Ensure all award entitlements are updated - including penalty rates and overtime
