💛 R U OK? Day 2026

A simple conversation can make a meaningful difference.

At Wightons, we believe that looking after our people means supporting their wellbeing — not just today, but every day.

For more than five years, Wightons has provided an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), offering confidential psychological support to our staff and their immediate families.

We’re proud to provide this service as part of our commitment to creating a supportive workplace where our people know that asking for help is a strength, and no one has to navigate life’s challenges alone.

This R U OK? Day, take a moment to check in with someone, start a conversation and, most importantly, listen.

💛 Your question could make a bigger difference than you realise.
