We are sorry to advise that our office at 18A Adelaide Road Gawler will be closed to any in person appointments until further notice. We assure all clients that we will be working to complete all settlements remotely - we stress that this will not have an impact on your settlements at all!!
We will still continue to order all searches and prepare Form 1 statements as normal.

Millard Conveyancing will be re-opening our office on Wednesday 28th July at 10:30am.
We will be operating an appointment book for the time being and ask that you please contact our office on 8523 3323 to arrange a time before coming in.

Following the Government directions earlier this morning, Millard Conveyancing will be closing at 4pm this afternoon to allow time for our staff to relocate files to enable them to work from home for the next 7 days.

In light of the latest news from the government, Millard Conveyancing will be re-opening at 10:00am on Monday 23rd November. This slightly later start time will allow us to be up and running before opening the doors.
We will also be asking that you please contact our office on 8523 3323 before attending, as we will be operating an appointment system to limit the number of people in our office at any one time.
