Meet Jenna Long, Solicitor at Ahern Sierakowski Lawyers & Advisors.

Jenna joined us in January 2024 as a paralegal and was admitted to practice on 22 May 2026, graduating from Edith Cowan University in November 2025 with Special Honours and recognition on the Dean's List. It's been quite a journey, and a well-deserved one.

Jenna brings over a decade of experience in legal administration and paralegal practice to her role, with exposure across family law, criminal law, property, care and protection, children's court matters, and more. She has worked alongside directors, senior associates, and counsel on complex matters, from court hearings and legal research through to strategic case preparation.

In 2025, Jenna also competed as Counsel in a National Mooting Competition before retired High Court Justice Michael Kirby, where she was awarded the "Spirit of the Moot" Award, recognising her creativity, commitment, and ability to bring people together under pressure.

We are delighted to see Jenna reach this milestone and look forward to everything she will bring to our clients as a solicitor.

Meet Nafkot Yimer, one of our Solicitors here at Ahern Sierakowski.

Nafkot practises in Family Law and brings real insight from her time as an Associate at the Family Court of WA. She's known for being direct and reassuring in equal measure, exactly the kind of presence clients need when navigating complex parenting and financial matters.

A member of the Family Law Practitioners' Association of WA, the Law Society of WA and Women Lawyers of Western Australia.

Jenna joined Siera Legal in January 2024 as a paralegal and was admitted on 22 May 2026, having graduated from Edith Cowan University in November 2025 with Special Honours and recognition on the Dean's List. With over 10 years' experience in legal administration and paralegal practice, Jenna brings extensive practical knowledge across multiple areas of law.

Aalia joined Siera Legal in September 2025 as a law graduate and was also admitted on 22 May 2026. She graduated from Curtin University with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce (Human Resources Management), and brings genuine warmth and professionalism to her work with clients.
