Meet the Wills and Estates team at Frichot Lawyers!

Natale Ricciardi is the Practice Director of the Wills and Estates team and has been a Director at Frichot Lawyers since 2012.
Admitted as a lawyer and officer of the Supreme Court of Western Australia and the High Court of Australia, Natale has a wealth of experience in the practice areas of Wills and Estates, Commercial Law and Property Law. With a fishing family background, Natale also has real-life experience in Fishing Law.
Natale’s overlap of knowledge in various practice areas enables him to take a holistic approach to his matters, delivering tangible, practical solutions for his clients.
Natale is also passionate about mentoring law graduates and junior lawyers, using his leadership skills and technical legal capability to guide them towards a fulfilling legal career.
Born and raised in Fremantle, Natale has established a strong network of business professionals, clients and friends within the Fremantle community.
Outside of work, Natale is an active member of several local clubs and associations, volunteering his time as a committee member and organising events.
Danielle Barker is a Lawyer at Frichot Lawyers who specialises in Wills and Estates.
Danielle has been working in the practice area of Wills and Estates since 2019 and is admitted as a lawyer and officer of the Supreme Court of Western Australia.
Danielle’s role involves providing advice and drafting legal documents regarding estate planning, estate administration, business and trust succession, and estate litigation.
Danielle aspires to bring a pragmatic approach to her client’s estate matters, tailoring their estate plan to their individual circumstances and desired outcomes, whether that be providing for a blended family, reducing the likelihood of a challenge to their Will under the Family Provision Act, or establishing a testamentary discretionary trust for asset protection and tax flexibility.
Outside of work, Danielle has volunteered for social justice ‘not-for-profit’ organisations that she is passionate about, such as Refugee Advice Casework Services, Everyday Justice, and Path of Hope Foundation.
Kirsty Goldsmith is a Legal Secretary at Frichot Lawyers who primarily supports the lawyers of the Wills and Estates team.
Kirsty has over 15 years of administrative experience and has previously worked for large, multi-national commercial firms and boutique family law firms in Sydney.
Kirsty moved to WA in 2019 and enjoys working in the heart of Fremantle and in the friendly environment of the Frichot office. Her previous experience enables her to deliver high quality, proactive support and build great working relationships with lawyers and legal secretaries alike.
Outside of work, Kirsty’s hobbies include cooking up a storm, tending to her garden and dressmaking.
