We do also sell our landlords properties only - as we are in a driving seat position to sell to our portfolio of investors looking for other properties that have a sitting good tenant as well being in a position to be aware of and be able to serve all of the correct notices in a sale transaction. When we do sell our landlords properties this is also for a reduced flat fee with no hdden extras.
