Our routine inspections are carried out twice a year and we take this opprtunity to ensure the property is well maintained, identify any maintenance issues, and provide proper reporti

ng to our landlords. Our all inclusive fee means that there are no hidden éxtra' costs so that landlords can be clear about their projected net income. We also believe it is important to look after our tenants so that we can expect maximum co operation and care in regard to the properties they are leasing. With our many years experience we are very familiary with all of the legalaties of RTBA, consumer affairs, and Residential tenanceies
and bring this experience to our everyday activities in the rental department. We do also sell our landlords properties only - as we are in a driving seat position to sell to our portfolio of investors looking for other properties that have a sitting good tenant as well being in a position to be aware of and be able to serve all of the correct notices in a sale transaction. When we do sell our landlords properties this is also for a reduced flat fee with no hdden extras.
