From October 22, 2021 all workers required to work outside of their ordinary residence are required to be vaccinated.

Employers’ obligations have changed regarding communications with staff, and recording keeping. Employers may also need advice regarding options for action where staff are not vaccinated or choose not to provide proof of vaccination.
