Big news!
Seton Family Lawyers has been named a finalist in TWO categories at the 2026 Business NSW - Central Coast Business Awards:

🏆 Employer of Choice (20 Employees and Under)
🏆 Outstanding Business Leader (20 Employees and Under) - go Michael Seton 👏

We've won Employer of Choice two years running (2024 and 2025), so being a finalist again for year three means the world to us. It's proof that the culture we've built isn't a one-off, it's something our whole team lives every day.

At the end of the day, we believe a team that feels valued and supported is a team that can show up fully for our clients 🌿

Congrats to all the finalists, and thank you to the Central Coast Business Awards for the recognition.

We didn't take home the trophy this year, but we had an incredible night celebrating with the best in the industry.

Seton Family Lawyers was a finalist for Boutique Law Firm of the Year at the Lawyers Weekly Australian Law Awards, with Michael Seton also a finalist for Mentor of the Year, for the second year running.

We talk a lot about regeneration at Seton Family Lawyers - the idea that, like a eucalyptus, you can come back from adversity stronger than before. It's the ethos we bring to every family we support, and honestly, it's a good one to bring to awards night too. A loss isn't the story. What we do with it is.

Being a finalist again reminds us why we set out to do family law differently in the first place. Boutique firms don't have to follow the traditional structure or culture of big law - we get to build something of our own, grounded in genuine connection, education and a team that grows in confidence every day.

Congratulations to the winners, and to every finalist proving there's more than one way to practice law. We'll see you again next year.

Thank you to Lawyers Weekly for another great night

Meet the team | Caleb Littlefield

Caleb is driven by a strong belief in fairness, equality and the role the law can play in supporting people through difficult times. These values inspired him to pursue a double degree in a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Philosophy and continue to shape the way he approaches his work each day.

In 2023, Caleb received the Seton Family Lawyers Award for being the highest achieving student in Year 12 Legal Studies at his school, an early recognition of his dedication to the profession.

Before joining the legal profession, Caleb spent several years working in retail, where experiences with everyday acts of kindness helped shape his perspective on community, connection and the importance of helping others.

Outside of work, Caleb enjoys reading philosophy, spending time at the beach with friends and playing basketball.
