The conversation around AI has become quite predictable.
It usually starts with the same concern: Will it replace people?
But after a recent discussion in Brisbane, I found that question less useful than I expected.
What I heard instead was something more grounded.
AI is already being used to build better systems, reduce friction in how businesses operate, and give smaller teams capabilities that used to belong only to larger organisations.
The shift is not as dramatic as people make it sound.
But it is real, and it is already happening.
