All law firms tell you what they will do for you and it is basically the same services, described different ways – prompt turnaround times, excellent communication and the highest level of client service. We offer all of this, same as every other law firm in the region – blah blah, same old tired phrases. We will not:
• Forget about you and your matter after we have had our first meeting with you


• Hand you off to a junior staff member because we think we are too important/busy to deal with you
• Refuse to take your phone calls
• Work within the confines of the ordinary working week
• Speak in legal jargon so you have no idea what we are king about
• Leave you more confused about your matter than before you discussed it with us
• Charge you uplift or premiums on your legal costs
• Give you an estimate of our fees and then charge you twice as much
