And just like that… this little one has turned 2! It snuck up on us and we don’t know where the time went. It feels like yesterday that we had those new firm feels and were starry eyed - excited for what the future held.

While the eyes may now be a bit more sleepy than starry, the excitement remains! We’re incredibly thankful for all the continued support from those in and around our pride that have helped us get this far.

Choosing your executor isn’t just about picking your favourite person (or child)… or the one least likely to lose important paperwork…

Your executor should be someone organised, reliable, and capable of handling the legal, financial and sometimes literal heavy lifting (i.e. cleaning out the shed 😅) when the time comes.

We often hear people say: “We thought we had to use that solicitor to handle the estate because they held the will.”

The reality is, the executor gets to choose who they work with when applying for probate and managing the estate. That means you can engage a solicitor you trust, feel comfortable with, and who communicates clearly with you every step of the way.

Leo Law has officially entered its “hard hats & high-vis” era 👷🏼‍♂️🛠️

Construction has kicked off on our new office space which is extending out the back of our current premises (don’t worry, we aren’t going anywhere). And while it currently looks like a cross between a maze and a Bunnings aisle… we promise there’s a plan 😅

Walls are going up, ideas are flowing, and we’re one step closer to creating a space that’s just as sharp, reliable, and hardworking as we are.
