Rose is now actively looking for another property ( Unit ) on the flat, with basically no back yard and zero maintenance. Just walk in and enjoy.

This is an email from my beautiful clients who are not on google or FB but wanted to convey their appreciation.

All State Vic, Conveyancers, Dromana, Vic.

Selling and buying properties is never easy and almost always stressful.

We had used All State Vic, Conveyancers once before a number of years ago - so it seemed natural that we use them again, except this time we used them for both selling and buying. We are glad we did !

We became concerned on a few occasions about how things were to proceed. All State Vic told us that was there problem, not ours, and that was the case. Everything went smoothly . A noon settlement was arranged for both Buying and Selling. We received a phone call at 12.15 pm, that all was completed. We were very happy !

If you have the opportunity to use the same conveyancers for both buying and selling, I would recommend doing so.

All State Vic made it so much easier.
