‼️‼️‼️ Victoria 190 and 491 Nominations to open from 8th September 2020 with new eligibility criteria and application process.

Initially until 5th October 2020 the nominations are open only for health professionals who are:

👉 Living in Victoria
👉 has been working from last 6 months in Victoria
👉 work in a highly skilled occupation in health or medical research, which supports Victoria’s economic recovery and/or health response

If you are eligible for the above criteria you must lodge your Registration of Interest (ROI) before 5 PM on 21st September 2020 to receive nomination Invitation.

All other candidates must wait until 6th October 2020 when more information may possibly be available.

Department has invited 1000 applicants on 189 Visa. Most of the occupations are open for 90 points.

‼️‼️‼️Important Update‼️‼️‼️ Student Visa Cancellations for Non-Compliance‼️‼️‼️

Department of Home Affairs has started issuing Cancellation notices for students who are currently under Higher Education Sector Visa (Students who are issued visa to pursue Masters and Bachelors) and do not hold a valid masters/bachelors COE.

Students who are enrolled in Diploma courses and do not hold any valid COE for Masters/Bachelors are under the breach of condition 8202. If you breach this condition your visa may be cancelled. And cancellation of visa will have an impact on your future visa prospects.

If the Student Visa is cancelled you will be issued a Bridging Visa E which has no work and travel rights, also this visa will have 3 year ban imposed on your re-entry to Australia.

Please contact our office for assistance regarding this matter. We also assist with NOICC (Notice of Intention to Consider Cancellations).

‼️‼️Invitation Round Update 11th October 2019 ‼️‼️

All IT occupations including Business Analysts have been invited for 80 points. Except for Mechanical all other engineering streams have received their invitations on 80. Accounting and Auditors are still on 90 points. All other occupations are invited between 80 and 85 points.

From the initial reports the department may have issued more than 1000 invitations.

With a Score of 80 there is a very healthy chance of receiving a Invitation. Many are waiting on 75 points and the way things are invitations may be not be issued on 75 points. Contact us to get more information on how you can increase your points and your chances to receive a PR.

Update on Simplified Student Visa Framework....

Under this framework every country and college/University are given an assessment level. In the recent update India has been downgraded from Level 2 to Level 3.

What does this mean to you?

If you are applying for a student visa, be it onshore or offshore, Diploma or Bachelors/Masters, new student visa or just a student visa extension you will need to provide English and Financials.

Only exception however is, if the University is in Level 1 then you won' be required to. Example of Level 1 universities Swinburne, Monash, Deakin University and a few more.

Also, some colleges used to give admission under LNN without English. This practice will stop.

English is Valid for only 24 Months for Student Visa.
