I love and cherish each and every one of them, for all that they bring to my life and business.

A couple of weeks ago, we celebrated the end year at Balthazar ❤

It was a tough year and an even tougher December in Settlements Land.

Why oh why is it the same, every year?

What makes it easier, is knowing that so many families are in their new homes for the holidays (except Sarah, who’s still waiting – lol).

Coming back from holidays doesn’t always have to be bleak!

Besides the Jetlag situation, I was excited to get back to my “normal life”. Whilst I loved being on holiday, I realised that I thrive when I’m in a routine.

Two weeks home, and I am back in my routine of training, walking & sleeping regularly. My mind is clear, and my cup is certainly full. I love my job, but I also love a Friday lunch ❤

Public Service Announcement: I will be away in Italy from Monday, 23rd July until 4th September!

I’m joining the rest of Australia and travelling to Europe this week. This trip has been a long time in the making and I’m very excited to be able to travel and enjoy some RNR.

Happy New Year * 2023 *

The biggest questions at the moment are without a doubt: What was my word for 2022? And what did I learn?

At the beginning of last year, we were still talking about C*vid-19 and how it was affecting us with restrictions, vaccinations and blah blah blah…

In reflecting on 2022, I felt flat with all the things that changed and then didn’t for most of the first half of the year. The second half of the year was bittersweet - I bought a new house and sold my old house.

I certainly learned a lot about myself and quickly discovered my word for 2022 was resilience.

I definitely became better at what I do as I remembered, firsthand, how stressful it is to buy and sell a property and all the things that come with it.

I settled my last property today, before the Christmas break. This year was like every other, people having their properties settled in time to be in their new homes before Christmas.

What a stressful time of year for everyone!

At BPC we definitely work hard, but we do enjoy a party to balance it out 🍸

While I’ve been MIA on my business socials, BPC has been thriving. I finished off the financial year with a bang. I had a very successful first full year and financial year which I am ever so grateful to all my supporters.

In July, my partner, Ross & I bought our first home together in Yokine, which is where BPC is now based. Having relocated to the north side, I must say has been wonderful although I do miss my Vic Park daily activities and friends very much! The move was rather bittersweet.

Onwards and upwards, I’m looking for new activities to try out in my new hood, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I hope you’re all keeping well and 2022 has been wonderful for you all. We only have six weeks left so let’s make the most of it!! ❤
