A Great Agent Who Truly Shines in a Challenging Market

I am very grateful to Ray for his professionalism and support throughout the journey of selling my property. When I first decided to sell, I was quite confident about the market. However, after the first two open homes, the market gradually became more challenging and I became quite discouraged. I also had to travel overseas for work during this period, which made the process even more stressful. What impressed me most was that Ray never lost confidence. His communication was excellent — after every open home, he kept me updated promptly, provided honest and detailed buyer feedback, and made sure I understood the market and the next steps. Ray also demonstrated excellent market knowledge. He continuously analysed market conditions and buyer behaviour and adjusted the sales strategy accordingly. Rather than simply waiting for the right buyer, he actively explored different channels to reach more potential buyers and carefully followed up with them. His negotiation skills and persistence were equally impressive. He carefully assessed each potential buyer, understood their level of interest and position, and ultimately identified the most suitable buyer and worked patiently to bring the deal together. The experience really made me realise that when the market is strong, selling a property may not be that difficult. It is when the market is challenging that you truly see the value of a great agent. Ray continued to believe in the process even when I had started to lose confidence. Throughout the entire process, Ray was professional, responsive, patient and detail oriented. When you want the best you go to the best

Our family had long sung Ray's praises for years before we had the need to engage & I had loosely met Ray in that process and was left with a positive 1st impression for his enthusiasm and zest for his industry and wanting only the best for his clients. Fast forward 2+ years and Ray was the only choice for us in selling our apartment in St Leonards. During those years Ray kept us informed on recent sales & sales records he had achieved in our apt bldg knowing that we had a keen interest. Even though we kept in touch we never felt bombarded or intruded with his text messages. It was these texts that strengthened our resolve that we trusted Ray, liked Ray and more importantly felt completely confident that he was going to get us the absolute best price.
