Hi all,

Just an update to let you know that we are currently OPEN for business until such time as we are advised to close by the powers that be.

As a precaution, we have closed the office and are working from home for the foreseeable future and we are also prudent followers of 'Social Distancing' on inspection.

We understand that a valuation/property advice is probably the last thing on peoples mind at the moment however on the flip-side, a bit of downtime may be the perfect time to get your affairs in order.

We may even be able to undertake a valuation without actually going inside the property, on either a 'Desktop' or Kerbside' basis. Give Tim a call on 0431 473 341 to discuss the options available.

Interesting article in today’s GC Bulletin 📰

It is certainly a different market on the Gold Coast today compared with 12 months ago. Properties are taking longer to sell and prices are softening!

We are also seeing quite a drop in the number of sales in 2019 compared with 2018, making our job as Valuers a bit more difficult.

Property price falls are offering house hunters the chance to buy into suburbs they may have not been able to afford 12 months ago.
