YMC Mega Pulse 2026: The 1%ers add up ❤️🦢

Our annual all-team day took us to the SCG to hear from premiership-winning Swans coach John Longmire.

He spoke about 12 years of ups, downs and lessons learned. Five grand finals. One premiership. And a culture built on the small things that never make the highlight reel but together contribute to the win.

It comes down to the importance of 1%ers.

For us, that might be simply calling to walk someone through a contract review, spotting something before it becomes an issue, reading the clause one more time, or getting that late afternoon settlement across the line.

The small things, done consistently, add up. They might not seem like much in the moment, but they’re a big part of why our clients continue to choose us.

But the biggest moment of the day had nothing to do with football...
