Position 1:
Senior Property/Commercial Solicitor - A Pathway to Partnership
Are you a seasoned legal professional with 5-7 + years of experience, ready to take the
next step in your career and seeking a potential partnership? This role isn't just a job; it's
a pathway to partnership for the right candidate.
Skills and Experience for the Senior Role:
Proven expertise with 3+ years in conveyancing off-plan and complex contracts.
Knowledge of strata and planning laws is highly preferred.
3+ years experience in commercial/retail leasing and business transactions.
A genuine desire to delve into trusts, complex wills, and estate planning.
Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
Friendly, polite demeanour with an excellent telephone manner.
Team player who can manage and supervise other solicitors and admin support team.
Personality and desire to work as part of a team.
The desire for an ownership/partnership mindset.
Strong networking skills to expand the client base.
