Decades of experience. One incredible team 💙

These photos may be 16 years apart, but they’re a reminder of something we’re incredibly proud of.

Our wonderful Jessica Bailey is celebrating an incredible 18 years with Lake Group Strata, alongside our Director, Brad Gribble, who has been here for 23 years.

During her 18 years with us, Jess has brought plenty of laughs, warmth, and an amazing amount of knowledge to Lake Group, and she continues to do so every day. We’re so grateful for everything she does and for the genuine care she shows to our team and the communities we support.

Long standing team members mean familiar faces, consistent service, and years of valuable experience for our clients.
