So on Friday I was delivered 17 of the most beautiful yellow roses I have ever received. They were made that little more special by the fact they were from my amazing team to say congratulations on 17 years of business at Pro Choice Conveyancing. To say I was emotional is an understatement, I never really think about the milestones but this one hit me…wow 17 years of fun, stress, tears, emotions, heartache, pain, excitement, anxiety and so much more. There were many days I resigned and no one took me seriously because it was all just too much, there were many days where I leave proud to have helped so many people achieve their lifetime goal of buying a house and everything in between. You never know your own strength until you run a business and I can’t say I did it alone. I still appreciate every single staff member that has been and gone because they all played a part in the success I have today and to the incredible team I have now…what a powerhouse we are.
To my kids who have sacrificed the most I will be forever grateful you allow me to be shared so I can build us the best life and to make you proud.
To my friends and family who help out daily with your support and guidance I will forever be in your debt.
To all the clients over the years and people who refer us business and keep coming back, you are the reason I get up and work my arse off to prove we are the best in victoria.
To my exhusband who allowed me to take the big risk 17 years ago I thank you for all the support.
To my sister Kellie Felton and Mandy Spitzer - Burton you two have been the most important ongoing support and you were never more than a phone call away at anytime and I’m so proud to have you by my side everyday.
This one hurts….to my Mum. You are the voice in my head every day that says ‘you got this’ on the good days and the hard days. You were there from the beginning and I know you are up there guiding me though and my heart will forever be grateful you made me the strong, independent, caring and passionate person I am today. I’m my mothers daughter 🥲
You never know what the future may hold so will just keep grinding day by day and keep being the best version we can be.

With over 30 years of combined experience in administrative, reception, and accounting roles, I bring expertise and dedication to every task.

When I’m not at work, you’ll find me indulging in movies and binge-watching TV series.
I enjoy dramas or shows that don’t require too much focus—perfect for relaxing after a day in the office!

My favourite food is Italian, and when it comes to music, I appreciate all genres, though I do still like some of the pop ‘oldies’ from the 80’s, 90’s and 00’s.

One of my future dreams is to travel to Europe and explore its culture and history, especially Italy, Rome, and the French countryside.

Wow this year has gone fast and what a ride it’s been. Plenty of ups and downs and everything in between but one thing is for sure, I couldn’t have made it though without my amazing team of girls. We have together smashed out another incredibly busy year and would like to thank all our clients, agents, brokers, friends most of all families for all your support and I cannot wait to see what 2025 brings. As always I have big goals set and I wouldn’t be 16 years down the road without my backups. You girls are the true MVP’s. Hope you all enjoy the break and come back well rested and enjoy the time with your families ###

September marked the anniversary of 16 years I have owned and run the company and wow what a ride it’s been. Sometimes it feels like I have blinked and the years pass and sometimes it feels like forever. I have survived bringing up three kids, moving offices, moving houses, a marriage breakdown, my biggest supporter passing, covid lockdowns, staff coming and going, plenty of stress, frustration, sweat and many tears, hard decisions that have upset people, so many laughs, fond memories, amazing clients and best of all the feeling that I have survived it all. A lot of the time just keeping my head above the water but I did it and will continue to smash my goals. I could not have survived without the support of my sisters, blood or not, family and closest friends, and will be forever thankful. My kids are my driving force and the reason I will continue to work hard and make the hard decisions so they can have the best future possible and be proud of their mum. I want to show them to be strong, resilient, independent, successful and that hard work pays off but to also always be grounded, thoughtful, respectful and most of all kind and grateful for everything that they achieve because life is bloody hard and I will always be right behind them.
Thanks to my staff who support me in this journey and my amazing clients past and present, without you this also couldn’t be possible and there is no better feeling then telling a client to go and grab their keys to their brand new home and hearing the squeals of excitement through the phone.
