What happens when sexual harassment or lateral violence occurs within a medical cohort, and who is responsible for responding? How can Australia address training bottlenecks that delay progression and leave junior doctors facing job uncertainty?
These questions will shape medical education and early-career medicine. Before AMSA’s policies go to debate and voting at Council 3, medical students can help strengthen them at Think Tank #3.
Join us next Wednesday for two hours to review and provide feedback on five policies:
- Antimicrobial Resistance
- Vocational Training Pathways
- Response to Student Misconduct in Medical Education
- Organ & Tissue Donation
- Pharmaceutical Financing & Relationship with Industry
You’ll hear from policy teams, learn to provide constructive feedback and join mixed-university breakout discussions. No policy experience is required—just your perspective. Certificates of participation will be provided.
