Congratulations to our sponsoring business in Sydney for their 482 Nomination approval.

The business has been seeking a full-time Carpenter to contribute to building Gazebo's, decking and other outdoor features related to their unique designs and pool/spa installations.

Carpenter's are a valuable asset to Australia's building industry. The more we can sponsor for the decade to come, the better.

🎉 Another Successful Labour Agreement Approved!

(Townsville DAMA endorsement)

We're delighted to share another great outcome for one of our clients.
The Department of Home Affairs has now approved a Designated Area Migration Agreement (DAMA) Labour Agreement for P******* Pty Ltd (NDIS registered provider), enabling the business to access overseas skilled workers in Townsville, QLD, under the agreed occupations and concessions until 22 June 2031.

Labour Agreements are among the most complex employer-sponsored pathways in Australia's migration framework. They require detailed submissions, extensive evidence, and a clear demonstration of genuine workforce needs.

For employers experiencing ongoing skill shortages, a Labour Agreement can provide opportunities that may not be available through standard sponsorship pathways.

At Stralia Migration, we work closely with businesses throughout the entire process—from assessing eligibility and preparing submissions to negotiating directly with the Department of Home Affairs.

A huge congratulations to P******* Pty Ltd on this important milestone. We look forward to supporting your continued growth.

If your business is struggling to recruit suitably skilled workers in Australia and you'd like to explore whether a Labour Agreement or another employer-sponsored pathway could be suitable, we'd be happy to have a conversation.
