On the 8th Day of Christmas Elf on the Shelf made a poor choice calling the Easter Bunny and making suggestions where the eggs could go. The police have charged "Using a carriage service to menace or harass".

We have suggested Elf on the Shelf write letter of apology and do an Anger Managment course and we will see if the Prosecution will accept a restraining order of the withdrawal of the charge.

On the 7th day of Christmas Elf on the Shelf was charged with stealing a cookie. We think the charge is a little heavy handed and will ask the Prosecution if they will accept an Unlawful Taking of Shop Goods (fine only offence). The growing list of charges might be an issue....
