About the Role:
We’re seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented Conveyancer or Conveyancing Paralegal/Assistant who can work autonomously and manage a busy workload with confidence and care. You’ll join a supportive, forward-thinking team (albeit remote) that values efficiency, communication, and a can-do mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage residential and/or commercial conveyancing matters independently, including transfers between related parties, change of name on title etc
• Liaise with clients, agents, lenders, conveyancers and solicitors
• Prepare and review contracts, settlements, and legal documentation
• Ensure a smooth and timely process from pre-contract through to post-settlement

What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in conveyancing (minimum 5 years preferred)
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve proactively
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Positive, energetic approach to challenges
• Excellent communication and client care skills
Essential Criteria:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in conveyancing
• Must be a Commissioner for Oaths
• Solid working knowledge of ILIS and CBR systems
• Ability to work independently with strong time management and attention to detail
• Clear, confident communication and a client-first approach
Desirable:
• Experience using LEAP software (preferred but not essential)
