It was a delight to assist a client in acquiring their next home while simultaneously selling their current one, with all relevant documents executed on the same day, a mere fortnight after our initial meeting!

By providing a transparent fixed fee of under $9,000 for each, the purchase and the sale, I alleviated the client's burden of attending open houses, submitting offers (which were previously all rejected), and self-managing the sale of their property. As a seasoned Property Professional, I offered the client reassurance, drawing upon my extensive industry network, expertise, and insider knowledge to ensure their interests were equally represented and protected throughout both transactions.

I oversaw all contractual, administrative, and logistical aspects of the process, liasing and liaising with complimentary service providers (comveyancers finance brokers, otherr Agents etc.), guaranteeing a hassle-free experience from commencement to settlement. I follow up and chase down anythng that is needed, being able to 9 times out of 10, facilitate on--time settlements.

Getting increasingly pi #*ed off at the RBA taking control of our economy, even though I thought they were supposed to be an independent body which shouldn't interfere apparently.... and wondering what our Government should be doing- I simply googled "how to lower inflation without increasing interest rates" and the first article that popped up was this one. The article is already 6 months old and we're still letting a central bank dictate the economic "market forces" in Australia, and stop more and more people every month from getting a roof over their head. How are we letting this happen?

Raising interest rates is a cruel cudgel that hurts the most vulnerable. Here are other ways governments and central banks can tame inflation.

Looking for a Finance Broker who knows their stuff, has grreat Lender BDM relationships and keeps their clients up to date with loan approval progress. If you are one or know of one, who also has the following essential qualities, please message me ASAP for a client referral. .

Particularly need to have excellent working knowledge of available government grants and incentive schemes, which can be applied either in conjunction with each other or on their own, e.g. Government Home Equity Scheme and Family Home Guarantee Scheme, and/ or which lenders accept Centrelink/ Child Support/ other regular payments as forms of income.

Must be committed to getting loans / deals across the line for clients , whether it be for $300k or $3Mill - no matter how large or small the loan is- as long as it is the most suitable loan product the client is eligible for, and can reasonably afford.
