At time of discussing finance, you may have decided who the Buyer or Buyers of the property will be.
If not, ensure that you thought it through carefully and sought advice as required as it can be a costly to amend the Buyer on a Contract.
Double Duty may be applicable as it will be deemed to be a 2nd transfer.
It is not as simple as doing a variation of Contract so please ensure that you speak to us before the real estate agent completes any variation to change Buyer on the Contract.

Planning tip #2: You’ve found your dream house—before you sign a Contract, do your due diligence. Ensure that you have conditions to obtain building and pest inspections, review strata or disclosure documents (if applicable), check boundaries and encumbrances on Title Search, and ensure finance is sorted. If anything feels unclear, ask before you commit.
